Best of all, there is no FEE whatsoever for our easy installment plans We would however, need a guarantee of atleast one friend or relative.

Hence if the amount exceeds Rs. 100,000/- a cheque from the guaranteer could be asked.To facilitate the lease for the sake of our customers, post-dated cheques of amount of installments would be taken.Our Lease Plans target a wide range of customers, and accordingly our lease plans can vary from 3 months and can go up to 18 months.

A brief explanation of our Lease Plans:

Per month = 3.5%

Respectively,

Installment

For 3 months = 12%

Assuming the amount to be leased is Rs. 100,000/-
Total Amount owing in 3 months = Rs. 100,000 x 1.12 = Rs.112,000/-
Installments payable at each months end for 3 months = Rs. 112,000 / 3 = Rs. 37333/-

For 6 months = 24%

Assuming the amount to be leased is Rs. 100,000/-
Total Amount owing in 6 months = Rs. 100,000 x 1.24 = Rs. 124,000/-
Installments payable at each months end for 6 months = Rs. 124,000 / 6 = Rs. 20666/-

For 12 months = 42%

Assuming amount to be leased is Rs. 100,000/-
Total Amount owing in 12 months = Rs. 100,000 x 1.42 = Rs. 142,000/-
Installments payable at each months end for 12 months = Rs. 142,000 / 12 = Rs. 11834/-

For 18 months = 63%

Assuming amount to be leased is Rs. 100,000/-
Total Amount owing in 18 months = Rs. 100,000 x 1.63 = Rs. 163,000/-
Installments payable at each months end for 6 months = Rs. 163,000 / 18 = Rs. 9056/-

In case of any down payment at the inception of lease, %age applied will only be on the amount remaining.

Hence:

For 6 months = 24%

Assuming the amount to be leased is Rs. 100,000/-

Down Payment paid at inception of Lease = Rs. 30,000/-

Total Amount owing in 6 months = Rs. (100,000 - 30,000) x 1.24 = Rs. 86800/-

Installments payable at each month end for 6 months = Rs. 86800 / 6 = Rs. 14466 /-
