- Submitting the form is not meant that Homeshopping.pk will be buying the products.

- Product images would be displayed at Clearance Sales Section for Sale.

- After submitting the form, the seller would be contacted within 24 Hours.

- The seller is entitled to ship the product to desired Address of Homeshopping.pk in the condition as asked for rate and auctioned for selling.

- It is the sole responsibility of the seller to Ship the product at specific time given.

- The customer buying the product is entitled to receive a Checking Warranty of 24 Hours, after receiving the product.

- The payment of the Seller would be initiated after 6 days of product delivered to Customer, and after having a satisfactory note of the buyer.

- If a product is sold by the seller before sending it to HSN, then it be the duty of the seller to inform us so that we De-list the product form our Clearance Sales Section.
