Issues during high ambient temp in KHI

Installed one ton Gree inverter AC on 15th of may from an authorized technician. Was working great but failed to cool the room during the heat wave in KHI with high ambient temp above 40F. Though i adjusted the temp control to 16 & it still did not cool the room. Yesterday evening when the ambient temp dropped in KHI the AC resumed comfotabe and good cooling as previous. My friend with 1-1/2 ton Gree inverter AC face the same problem till yesterday evening. Point im trying to make is the AC cooling control circuit fails at high ambient temp above 40F and Gree should resolve this issue. I
Since yesterday um tryong to contact service centre in Nursery KHI and only one out of two landlune is working but for some reaso always found it engaged.
