Well, first off, you're not getting the crappy Q-mobile stuff. You're getting a recognized and reputed international brand from proper sellers recognized by Lenovo themselves.
The display is gorgeous. I've used 1080p displays before this, and before that I've used a 720p display on my Moto G. While the Moto G's display was better regarding pixel density (it has a 4.7 inch display), the colors and the color accuracy on the P70's display is absolutely spot-on. You can't really see the pixels, so it doesn't matter even if its a 5 inch display at 720p.
Battery is massive. Software-wise, there are already some features that enhance battery life but I still think more work could be done. But for the price, I tell you, you can't beat the battery on this phone. Its a monster. And those who complain, they don't know Lithium based batteries need conditioning. They won't reach full potential before they get properly conditioned (full charge and discharge cycles 2-3 times).
Camera works fine for me. The stock app had the settings set for the worst results. Most people don't realize this, they just point and shoot and say the camera is crappy. But, I've changed the camera app and also modified the stock app, and I would say camera results are pretty amazing for the price. Front and rear cameras, both. Of course, you can't really compare them to some of the best camera phones out there.
It does heat up some times pretty quickly, when playing games. But not to the point where its uncomfortable to hold at all. So, no complains there.
The true octa-core 64 bit processor is blazing fast. Haven't experienced any lags at all.
RAM management is outstanding. Almost always 1.1GB stays free on my device when I'm not using it much.
The only complain I have with Lenovo is that they don't give any control to apps over the notification LED. On this device, the LED works only sometimes with Whatsapp, and only works with missed calls and text messages. They should give control to apps over the notification LED.
Anyway, I'm waiting anxiously for the Lollipop release for this phone. As it houses a 64-bit processor, while kitkat only supports 32-bit, and lollipop does support 64-bit processors, I believe its going to be super smooth on lollipop. Time will tell.

I have been using the phone for two days and here is my take on it.
-No lags phone performance is very good even on heavy apps.
-To my shock battery life is not impressive at all, very very ordinary hardly lasts a day or normal use and drains super quick with 4g.
-The phone heats up instantly so much that it gets uncomfortable to talk on .

I am using this Phone since a couple of days....I would admire the specifications and specially the battery life...can do surfing and gaming with no fear of draining the juice...display is good... i didn't noticed any lags even with heavy apps....although camera is not impressive...although it is 13MP but the result is not satisfactory at all...but in this price with all other specs...it is affordable...
