With the HygienePlus option activated, the Bosch SMS50D08GC Dishwasher offers maximum performance with antibacterial cleaning. It is achieved by increasing the water temperature to 70 degrees Celsius and rinsing the dishes for 10 minutes. This Bosch Dishwasher with HygienePlus is ideal for households with small children.
PRESELECT PROGRAMS FOR CONVENIENCE
The Bosch Dishwasher has 5 preset programs that you can select depending on your cleaning needs. It even includes a time delay function that lets you start the dishwasher at a predefined time. It lets you operate the dishwasher any time during the day, during work hours or at night. The rotary speed sensor detects the load weight of the dishwasher. For bigger loads, more water is needed for soaking the dishes, and the LoadSensor automatically increases the water levels. Similarly, when the load is less, it makes adjustments automatically to ensure optimal water usage. Furthermore, the AquaSensor regulates water usage depending on the degree of soiling of the dishes. It uses light beams that gauge the remaining food particles, grease, or detergent residue to determine if additional rinse cycles are needed.

The Bosch SMS50D08GC Dishwasher features a child-proof door lock that prevents the door from being opened or the program from being altered. Soft water used in cleaning dishes tends to cause glass corrosion. This Bosch dishwasher features Glass Protection Technology that regulates the degree of hardness of water to ensure delicate glasses and precious china are washed with care.
