The Equitek E100S from CAD is a professional-quality large diaphragm condenser microphone. Ideal for a wide variety of applications, the mic has a 1" nickel plated capsule that provides a full, rich tone with an extended low frequency response. Proprietary circuitry and a full differential Quadra-FET front end deliver high sensitivity and low distortion, making the mic ideal for picking up high-volume sound sources.
The mic features a supercardioid pickup pattern, providing excellent off-axis noise rejection, so you only pick up desired sounds. The mic has an 80Hz high pass filter to reduce low-end hum, and a -10dB pad to increase headroom when recording loud sounds. The mic operates on 48V phantom power, and includes a shock mount and vintage cherry woodgrain case.
