1. Warranty

   Does the 12 month HS warranty include both software and hardware like HTC's official store in Mall of Lahore? Some shops in Hafeez Center give software warranty which is as good as nothing.
   
   Answer: Yes it comes with a 1 Year software and a hardware warranty and we consider our warranty to be the best as compared to any other.

   Are we getting to see a decrease in the price as yet or shall we proceed to order it from ishopping.pk or get from open market? Don't really want to do that because of the satisfaction I get from shopping here, but seems like there's no other choice :-/

   Hi ya, its been a long time since you updated prices of HTC sets. ishopping is offering desire S at 36500 since a long time, and you guys still are at 38000. even though you guys are famous for best rates in Pak. hoping for better prices soon. thanks
   
   ANswer: You welcome but we would like to tell ou that we have to pay 15% sales tax thats why there is slightly differencebuy any how we will try to reduce it as soon as possible.
