Presenting the AT&T exclusive and equipped for blazing fast 4G speeds, HTC presents, the HTC Vivid. The HTC Vivid runs on a snappy Dual core processor, accompanied by 1 gig of ram and Adreno 220 for firing up the graphics.

Design

The HTC Vivid is a very decent and elegant looking handset. The back of the HTC Vivid supports a sleek matte black metal cover that has tiny dots etched in it to give it a texture look and feel. The front constitutes the 4.5" screen accompanied by 4 on-screen touch capacitive menu buttons.

Software

The HTC Vivid comes with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread that is upgradeable to v 4.0 Ice cream sandwich. It has the HTC Sense UI skin on top it. Here is a brief glimpse of the UI in action.

Camera

HTC Vivid features a 8 MP camera that is capable of capturing videos of 1080p Full HD quality. Camera features include autofocus, Geo-tagging and face detection. An LED flash is onboard too for those low light shots. A front facing camera of 1.3 MP is also present.
