There are many things that audio should be: it should be clear; it should be accurate; it should be pleasant to listen to; it should be full. But it should never feel small. Luckily for you, the Klipsch Synergy F30 floorstanding speaker keeps your sound from feeling small, while still providing crisp, accurate, full-range audio that’s easy on the ears. A 1 aluminum tweeter, coupled with Klipsch’s Tractrix horn placed in a linear travel suspension gives low distortion, detailed highs with wide dispersion, while dual 8 woofers and a front ported cabinet design provide bass support that’s hard to argue with. All-in, you get a speaker that not only gives a wide range of sound, but one that’s easily able to fill a room without compromising sound quality – something every speaker should aspire to be.
If sound shouldn’t be small, then Klipsch’s Tractrix horn is what takes the audio equivalent of a molehill and turns it into a mountain. By taking advantage of the way that the driver interacts with the air when focused through a horn, Klipsch is able to take what is otherwise an inefficient component and turn it around so that it can produce a greater amount of sound while still using the same amount of power. By precisely designing their Tractrix horn’s curve and mouth, they are able to reduce distortion, and improve the range of sound that the driver is able to produce.
The Klipsch Synergy series has been around for a little over 10 years, and has always been a speaker line know for its price and its performance. With this new Synergy line, Klipsch has improved the speaker’s structure, updated its voicing and given it a sleeker, blended look that helps it fit in better with today’s home audio equipment.
Klipsch has been making great quality speakers for over 60 years, since founder Paul W. Klipsch manufactured his first speaker in 1946. Klipsch’s goals have always been to produce high-quality, precise, horn-driven speakers, and they’ve continually researched and refined their speaker designs to make sure that each and every speaker they produce meets those goals.
