The yellow 1 S2 Mirrorless Digital Camera with 11-27.5mm Lens fromNikon combines a high speed compact mirrorless camera and a wide-angle to short telephoto length zoom lens. The 1 S2 houses a 13.1 x 8.8mm CMOS sensor and the EXPEED 4A Image Processor offering high speed hybrid autofocus and up to 20 frames per second of continuous shooting. The 14.2MP sensor and an ISO range of 200 to 12800 allow for clear, detailed, color-accurate imaging even in low-light conditions. In addition, the 1 S2 features Full HD 1080p video at 60 frames per second. Simultaneous capture allows you to shoot stills while recording video and switch back to video at the touch of a button. For looking at your photos, a 3.0" TFT color LCD with 460k-dot resolution provides composition and playback viewing. The 1 S2 also includes a pop-up flash when lighting conditions call for extra light.
The 1 S2 is compatible with all 1 NIKKOR lenses and this kit includes the 11-27.5mm f/3.5-5.6 compact zoom lens which is a great lens for day-to-day shooting as it provides a focal length that runs from 30-74mm in the 35mm format. This is a versatile focal range in compact form with a maximum aperture of f/3.5 that allows for low-light capture. For sharing your photos, an optional WU-1a mobile adapter allows for easy wireless transfer of images from the 1 S2 to your smartphone or tablet.

- The Nikon 1 S2 delivers high speed performance, allowing you to shoot at up to 20 fps with autofocus and up to 60 fps with autofocus locked on the first frame.

- A bright 3.0" TFT Color LCD monitor with 460k-dot resolution and brightness adjustment is available for composition and playback.
- Hybrid Auto Focus
- Hybrid Auto Focus utilizes both phase detection AF and contrast-detect AF which, when combined, provides very fast and accurate auto focus. 135 focus areas are available of which 73 support phase-detection AF. Subject tracking and face-priority AF are supported by the 1 S1.
- RAW and JPEG Capture
- Shoot still photos in either 12-bit NEF RAW or two distinct JPEG image qualities.
- Simultaneous Capture
- Start video recording with the touch of a button and if you see something that would make a great image, simply press the shutter to capture a full resolution still image.
- Best Moment Capture
- View live action in slow motion and replay it as many times as you need to get the best shot with Slow View. If you would rather the camera do the work, use Smart Photo Selector and have the S1 select the best image with one click of the shutter.
- Creative Mode
- Creative mode allows you to put more artistic style into your images. Create customized photos with the Cross Process and Toy Camera modes, highlight specific colors and use all of the PSAM functions.
- Lens Compatibility
- The 1 S2 is compatible with all of the 1 NIKKOR lenses to increase versatility and creativity.
