Everything a laptop needs to be; more if not less.

Chromebooks in general are an enigma for most except those 'in-the-know.' In a nutshell, the Chromebook is a laptop that derives its power from the internet. It's a portal to the cloud based era of computing and for that purpose, it doesn't get better than this.
Chromebooks are designed to be inexpensive workhorses. No flash, no panache. But the Samsung Chromebook 2 steps past that line and delivers what is possibly the best chromebook experience currently available, bar the Toshiba Chromebook 2.
As a user of chromebooks from the very get go, this laptop is a breath of fresh air. It's surprisingly thin and lightweight for a chromebook, something that truly stands out the first time you set it on your desk. Samsung has gone with the faux leather, (plastic), for the lid and it does add to the overall appeal when the laptop is just lying there to a side.
The 1080p screen and 4GB RAM is, well literally, compulsory for a chromebook if you ask me. Don't get anything lower, trust me on that! Viewing angles aren't superb and your're going to be adjusting the screen from time to time to get it dead on straight to how you're sitting. It isn't highly noticeable, but it's there.
I mentioned the 4 gigabytes of RAM, and this chromebook blazes through the job without a hitch. Of special mention is how chromebooks in general turn on and off under ten seconds. Windows and OSX laptops become unbearable once you get used to this.
Moreover, the battery life is on spot. I consider myself a fairly heavy user and getting 7+ hours out the Samsung Chromebook 2 with 50% brightness is really saying something!
To sum this up, if you know your way around the cloud and Google's productivity suite in particular, then a chromebook is what you need hands down. For now, the Samsung Chromebook 2 is the best you can go in terms of aesthetics and power (except the Toshiba CB2, the display is better!)
The best time to get a chromebook is when you think you need a chromebook!

this is new chromebook by Samsung But I don't know why Homeshooping has v much high price for this as Samsung Announced $250 price..which is equal to about 25000 rupees. but You people charge too much.
