Samsung has a history of manufacturing smartphones that tend to differentiate themselves from the crowd. It all started with Galaxy Note which was the first Samsung device to break the trend of compact devices. Many reviewers though loved the idea and the capabilities of handset, they didn’t see it becoming a hot seller. They were proved wrong as people were loving the device and it sold in more than respectable numbers. One thing was obvious… people loved big screen phones (something apple is failing to realize). And it makes sense too. Afterall, we love playing games more on big screens, we love watching movies on bigger screens, we love surfing the net on bigger screens and we love watching our pictures and sharing our moments on the big screen as well.
So Samsung decided to deliver the same experience that you could get from a note series to a budget audience and to those people who believe in Bigger is Better. The answer to that was: Samsung Galaxy Mega!
Samsung Galaxy Mega specifications at a glance :-
Display :-
Samsung this time around opted for the S-LCD screen rather than the Super Amoled screen found in its flagships. That simply means that though blacks won’t be as deep as they were supposed to, nor will be there be over-saturated colors, instead you get the true actual colors of how it is intended to be seen.
The colors looked sharp and vibrant and you can easily enjoy games and movies on this display. The big 6.3 inches screen ensures that you will never miss out on the fun, be it shooting videos, surfing the net or simply playing games.
Processor and Performance :-
Samsung Galaxy Mega is powered by a dual core Snap dragon 400 processor that is clocked at 1.7 GHz. Coupled with 1.5 GB ram and Adreno 305, it ensures that multi-tasking will be a breeze and it will be able to handle day to day tasks with ease.
