Okay so let me get this straight. I'm planning on buying an iphone 3gs factory unlocked from you, but i need some questions answered. If i get the "factory unlocked" version, I dont have to worry about all the jailbreaking, unlocking, etc business. i just plug in my sim and it works...right?? Also, what kind of warranty do you offer on this product? And is it currently in stock? Waiting for your reply
Answer: That is what factory unlocked means that yes you do not have to unlock or upgrade it in any way. We do not offer a warranty with iPhones but we do have a 3 Days return policy. We have them in stock so please place your orders.

Answer: Well the factory unlocked one can be upgraded right away as the new software version is around and for the software unlocked you need to wait for a while for the crack to come out so you can unlock your phone ones again

i just ordered this one day before yesterday and they delivered it to me ysterday.....
i upgraded it on 4.0.1
working perfectly fine....though i cant jailbreak it for the mean time and waiting for its jailbreak.... but doesnt matter really....thanx alot home shopping ... looking forward to buy things from u in the future as well
