My review is based on my following categorical observations for order #95168 that I placed last week.
1. Item non-availability:
On March 17 I placed an order for two items that were indicated as "available in stock" on your website. On March 20 (three days later) I was informed that one of the items was actually not available in stock.
2. Inefficient payment confirmation:
Similar to NGCID, I myself am a Standard Chartered account holder. I decided to make payment via online deposit because it is a 100% confirmed payment and takes less than 5 seconds for the transaction to complete. However it took your accounts team more than 24 hours to verify and confirm that the amount was deposited. More than 24 hours for a less than 5 second payment transaction - which left me wondering why I made an online deposit? What is the purpose of an instantaneous online deposit if it takes you more than 24 hours to check your account balance?
3. Product not delivered:
It is now 5 days since I placed my order and the shipment has still not been delivered.
Owing to the above points I am not only disappointed but also very dissatisfied in my experience of shopping with HSN. I see no point in making an advance payment and then chasing up your office numbers to find out where my product is, and now writing this review in disgust after still not having received my goods.
