Audyssey Silver Built-In for perfection in surround sound
Fully discrete, Class A/B amplification all 7 channels (95w x 7ch)
1080P and 4K Ultra HD Upscaling & Pass-through
7 HDMI Inputs / 1 Output
Audyssey Silver is standard on our AVR-X1000 and AVR-X2000 and includes Audyssey MultEQ XT, Audyssey Dynamic Volume, and Audyssey Dynamic EQ. Audyssey MultEQ XT calibrates the system for up to eight different seating positions, and it uses more and higher quality filters for better results, especially in the bass region, i.e., frequencies below 200Hz. As a result, bass is more impactful and is more evenly distributed throughout the room. Audyssey Dynamic Volume senses the impending arrival of very loud sounds and automatically reduces the difference between normal and extra-loud programming. Audyssey Dynamic EQ automatically adjusts subwoofer and surround speaker levels for maximum performance at any playback volume.
The sophisticated video processor also provides for compatibility with legacy analog video sources, and features 3 composite video (SD) inputs, and 2 component video inputs that can accept both SD and HD video signals. These inputs are assignable as well, letting you continue to enjoy all of your favorite content for years to come. Since these sources are internally converted to digital video, you only need a single HDMI cable run to your HDTV, minimizing cable costs and installation hassle.
The powerful video processor section features high resolution upconversion that transforms standard definition (SD) video content to high definition (HD), and provides upscaling of 1080p HD to 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160 pixels) for compatibility with the latest high resolution displays, along with 3D pass-through.
In addition to conventional remote control, the AVR-X2000 is equipped with a range of additional control options, including the “Denon Remote App”, which is available in iOS and Android versions, which lets you control the unit with your favorite smartphone or tablet. You can also control the AVR-X2000 via the web control function, which you can access via your PC or Mac web browser. Equipped with both LAN and RS-232C serial port connections, the AVR-X2000 is compatible with a broad range of home automation control systems from companies including AMX, Control4, Crestron, RTI, Savant and URC. The IR remote input and output jacks provide even more control options.
Audyssey MultEQ XT automatic room acoustic measurement and correction harnesses the power of sophisticated DSP processing, measuring the acoustic output of the speakers and subwoofers and generating multiple digital EQ filters that provide the smoothest, most natural tonal balance in virtually any room.
