HTC announced Butterfly 3 in the fourth quarter of this year and is the successor to the last year's Butterfly 2. One of the highlights of this year's Butterfly 3 smartphone by HTC is its camera features. It comes with a very nice camera with evenly matched features.
Design:
It features a plastic body but doesnt feel cheap at all. Its firm and doesnt slip away from your hands. It has front facing speakers as well so that you have clear sound.
Display:
The HTC Butterfly 3 sports a 5.2 inches gorgeous display, which has resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels with a pixel density of 565. The display is sharp, viewing angles are pretty good and so is the color saturation.
Performance:
The HTC Butterfly 3 comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset and an octa core processor and Adreno 430 GPU. It also has 3 GB of RAM. This combination should be able to handle everything that you want to test it with ease. It has 32 GB of internal storage and SD card slot to expand it up to 128 GB.
Camera:
It features a 20.2 megapixel Duo rear camera with autofocus, dual LED flash and HDR with 4K video recording. It also has a 13 megapixel front facing camera which can record full HD videos.
The new Camera Duo mode allows you to focus on the objects you want.
Worried about not fitting into a selfie? Now you can easily fit everyone in the picture. With the HTC Butterfly 3, you can use both cameras at once, merging the picture.
HTC also adds some really nice and cool editing features providing you a picture editing tool which is easy and smart and will instantly make your pictures look beautiful.
Android OS and Sense UI:
HTC Butterfly runs on Android 5.0 and will have the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, according to the manufacturer. It also has the HTC's highly renowned Sense UI. Android and Sense UI, you can't ask for more.
BoomSound Speakers:
Boomsound speakers has been one of the major attractions in HTC smartphones ever since they introduced it. They have also added the BoomSound speakers to Butterfly 3 and now they are better than before.
Battery:
It features a non removable 2700 mAh battery which should be able to last a day easily especially when you have fast battery charging feature as well.
