It’s been ages since HTC started working with Nexus thus causing its involvement with Stock Android devices to grow. They manufactured the very first Nexus handset that is the Nexus One in 2010 and went further by also developing the Nexus 9 tablet.
During the first quarter of the year, rumors that HTC would be releasing two new Nexus handsets were on everyone’s lips. But now it’s no longer rumors as sources have revealed they are in did working on them. The handsets have also been given codename such as Sailfish and Marlin.
The Sailfish is said to replace the Nexus 5X and last month the specs of the no longer elusive handset was released to us. The device comes with a 5inch screen with a 1080 x 1920P resolution.
It will be powered by a 2.0GHz quad-core CPU, a 2770mAh battery, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage. There is a fingerprint scanner at the back of the handset. Its rear camera is a 12MP and the front is 8MP.
It is reveal that the Marlin (aka the HTC Nexus M1) will feature an AMOLED 5.5inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 display resolution. It would be powered by a Snapdragon 821 quad-core CPU and a 3450mAh battery.
It comes with a fingerprint scanner located at the back, a rear camera weighting in at 12MP and the front camera at 8MP. The handset will also have a 4GB RAM, a 32GB or 128GB internal storage and an Adreno 530 GPU.
