Here we bring you the king of HTC’s 2011 smartphone lineup; The HTC Sensation. The smartphone features a beautiful 4.3 inches display, a beautiful and comfortable design, dual core processor, Adreno 220 GPU for the graphic requirements of the phone, 1 Gigs of ram and a lot more stuff that follows
HTC always produces good designs, Sensation is an example. The device comes with lots of curves. The back of the device is curved, the edges of the device are also curved, hence making the device very easy to hold. The device is quite sturdy and feels really solid in hand. The metal plate at the back gives a nice feeling and looks good too. Even the front of the device is a bit curvy. The edges of the display curve upwards hence the front gives a curvy feel. The screen on the other hand, is perfectly flat.
The display unit on the device is a 4.3 inches S-LCD multi touch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 540*960 pixels, producing a pixel density of 256 pixels per inch. The display is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass to protect the touchscreen from any damages.
The CPU of the device is a snapdragon dual core scorpion processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. The GPU of the device is an Adreno 220 that takes care of all the graphics related requirements of the phone. To conclude, the device packs 768 MB of RAM to ensure smooth operations of the device. The overall performance package is ample considering the price tag, will easily play moderate games and applications and will fulfill all the media related needs of the user
HTC sense is all about bringing the device to life. HTC sense (I personally think) is amongst the best user interfaces available in the market. Sensation comes with Sense 3.0 and provides an amazing user experience.
What’s smart about the phone if it does not run on Android? HTC Sensation comes with android v2.3.4 gingerbread out of the box and can be upgraded to v4.0 ice cream sandwich. There will be no future software updates for the phone and the users are limited to v4.0 Ice cream sandwich. The only way out of this is to risk your device and go for custom ROMs.
The camera on Sensation is an 8 Megapixel image sensor that can record 1080p videos at 30 frames per second. The camera is backed by dual LED flash so that low lighting conditions do not ruin the picture. The camera features Geo-tagging, touch focus, image stabilization and face detection. The device also has a front facing VGA camera so that video calling is supported.
A great feature that comes with the HTC sensation is the ability of the camera to detect faces. The advantage of having face detection is that the camera focuses on the face keeping it prominent and in focus.

This handset is having problems with hardware on large scale. 1 is called DEATH GRIP that reduces and kills wifi + mobile network signals if you grip the mobile from either side up or down. Another problem that reviewers mentioned is having TOUCH SCREEN issues.
Do you think HSN should come still to defend its product?
Answer: Have you baught the same and is it still in warranty??????????
Thanks
