The 5-string version of the SR300, this Ibanez bass guitar from the SR Series is inexpensive enough for anyone who wants to get into playing bass, but doesn't want an axe that sounds like a cheap starter instrument. First, the SR305 bass has a 5-piece SR5 maple/rosewood neck; light, agathis body with smooth rounded edges; and an extreme, lower cutaway for easier access to the bottom frets. The EXF-4 pickups and an upgraded 3-band Style Sweeper EQ give you a great overall sound no matter what style you're into.
