LaBella 2001 Medium Hard tension:
These strings lend themselves to vast tonal shaping from rich and mellow to crystalline brilliance. At 79.97 lbs for the set they put less tension on the neck than any other comparable string (such as D’Addario J45 normal tension or Savarez 520R red card, both of which I have used) Great strings…not overly bright or overly mellow. Full, sweet, and singing is how they sound on my guitar (Cedar and Brazilian rosewood). The easiest to play strings I’ve found as well. They also seem to last for months and stay in tune easily within a few hours.
