An abundance of HDMI inputs includes 5 HDMI inputs on the rear panel, logically arranged in a horizontal row along with the HDMI output, and an additional HDMI input conveniently located on the front panel, which lets you quickly and easily connect a portable HDMI component, such as a smart tablet, HD camcorder or a game console.

Convenient front panel USB port includes iPod/iPhone charging
The convenient front panel USB port lets you connect portable USB memory devices, such as a USB thumb drive or a USB HDD hard disk drive, so you can quickly and easily stream your favorite music tracks. In standby mode, the USB port is still active, letting you charge your iPod touch, iPhone or iPad.
Internet music streaming via Pandora internet radio, SiriusXM, Spotify; Flickr photo streaming
You’ll open up a whole new world of music listening when you connect the NR1504 to your home network via the RJ-45 LAN connection, letting you access a broad range of internet radio stations via Pandora, as well as listening to a huge library of music tracks and other programs from SiriusXM and Spotify streaming services. Quickly and easily optimize the sound quality of your home theater system with the Audyssey MultEQ room acoustic measurement and correction system. With the supplied measuring microphone, the MultEQ function measures each speaker, including the subwoofer, and using the powerful 32 bit floating point DSP processor, quickly and automatically generates multiple precision digital filters that provide speaker and room acoustic compensation to deliver the smoothest, most natural tonal balance over the entire audio range.

High power 5 channels amplifier with discrete output devices
Featuring identical circuit topology over all five power amplifier channels that are each rated at 60 watts, the NR1504 is equipped with discrete high current output devices. Since all five amp channels are of the same exact design, there’s no variation in sound quality between channels at all, for a true high fidelity surround sound listening experience.
Bluetooth wireless connectivity with optional RX-101 adapter
Easily stream your favorite music tracks wirelessly from your portable Bluetooth device to the NR1504 when you add the optional RX-101 Bluetooth wireless streaming adapter, eliminating the need to connect your device via a wired hookup.
