The condenser capsule provides higher sensitivity than a dynamic capsule, resulting in richer detail and minimal noise. The cardioid pick up pattern effectively minimizes off-axis residual noise, providing better feedback response. The flat, wide frequency response provides a transparent, accurate signal. The C05’s sensitive, condenser element requires external 48V phantom power from an audio mixer or preamplifier.
