Windows Update???

Are you guys selling a carrier based unlocked phone?? because, i am confused, Windows Phone 7 mango update is expected by Fall this year, and it is free for all existing windows 7 phones. My issue here is, if this is a carrier based (AT&T) unlocked phone, will we be able to update to the latest iteration of windows when it is available??
Will, you guys help in updating the windows on the phone then? please shed some light upon that.
Answer: Yes the phone we are selling are the at&t unlocked phone and focus just came with at&t so far but as far as the updates go it is very likely that the update on this phone shall fallow after its update for all the windows phones without the logo.
