Space saving cabinet with fold out wood ironing board, cotton cover, and 5 mm fibre pad. Requires installation onto drywall. Cabinet should be placed 27" above ground for ideal use. Set up requires 28" of clearance from side to side and 42" in front of cabinet for board to open. Iron board opens 12" above bottom of cabinet, with option to raise iron board 2" after installation
