The Wondlan DSLR Sniper Kit 2.1 is designed for using the camera over the shoulder and is an indispensable stabilizing tool that can be adjusted for different shooting requirements, resulting professional looking videos from any DSLR. This pro-level camera rig with integrated matte box, follow focus and 15-mm rail system has a versatile and ergonomic design and can accommodate various camera accessories like high-end monitors, power supply system and viewfinders.
The DSLR camera baseplate with quick release system can be easily adjusted to meet various size cameras and lenses. The bottom part of the base plate has 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes to easily fit any type of tripods.
The C-Bracket with upper handle provides comfortable and secure grip when handling the shoulder rig, also offering protection to the DSLR. Using the upper handle, low-profile shots can be achieved.
The Matte Box included with the DSLR rig comes with three removable upper and side flags, easy to install and adjust. The quick-release side opening system of the matte box facilitates the access to the lens. The 360° universal rotating Filter stages can accommodate both 4x4" and 4x5.65" filter sizes. The matte box is fully height adjustable an can slide Back and forth on the 15-mm rod support to fit the camera. Also, the included rubber donuts prevent light leaks Between the lens and the matte box.
The Follow Focus is a professional focus system for the DSLR cameras that provides smooth and accurate adjustments. With a high quality aluminum construction and a 15 mm rod quick-mount adapter, the follow focus is easy to install and Handle. A detachable wet-erase type china wheel is included for marking the start and end points of the focus pulls, to Improve the accuracy on repeated scenes. Also comes with a speed crank and a focus whip so the follow focus can be Operated from distance by a second person.
The front handles of the camera rig can be adjusted in all directions to reach the most comfortable position, fitting every body size and meeting all shooting requirements. The front handles are tightened securely to strengthen the grip under the weight of the camera and lens.
The included battery base is at the rear of the camera rig, behind the thick padded foam shoulder cushion, and can accommodate additional accessories like batteries or portable hard drives that can also act as counter weights for the entire assembly. The padded foam shoulder support includes a tool box compartment where wrenches and bolts can be stored, covered by a magnetic top.
The front handles beneath the matte box and the shoulder pad form a stable triangle that can be configured for every body size and position.
