Design

When buying a Motorola, one aspect that should never be doubted is the design and built quality of the device. The original RAZR was a back breaker for all the phones and was amongst the slimmest phones available in the market. This is a bit thinker but keeping in mind that it has a larger battery, we don’t mind an extra 1.3mm if the device lasts comparatively longer. Now coming to the design; people complained that Motorola RAZR has a 4.3 inches screen, but is reasonably bigger than other competitors offering the same screen size. This was kept in mind and with just an extra millimeter of height, Motorola has managed to place a 4.7 inches screen. Hence the bezel is reduced. The touch capacitive buttons are also deserted and the buttons are a part of the screen itself. Hence a major part of bezel reduced. The design is almost the same, pointed corners and more of a rectangular device. The back of both the devices is different. The material used, which is Kevlar, is the same but the design is different because RAZR has a big bump where the camera is placed. RAZR HD on the other hand has a uniform back hence the weight is divided and feels better when in hand.
